Day 15 - July 14

We are steadily motoring along with ease. It is a quiet warm day. We have spent the day on deck, chatting, and enjoying the sun. Garrett caught a fish today, and as it bit the entire line was pulled all the way out. We all struggled together to try and reel it in. There was so much tension on the rod that the rod literally was hot! The fish was so enormous (probably about 1000lb) that the line eventually broke after a long battle. We will need something heavier duty to catch those!
